Care Recruitment & Sales Assistant - Part-Time, Stroud

Bluebird Care in Stroud is seeking a Recruitment & Sales Assistant to join our office-based team. You will act as the first point of contact for people interested in joining our care team, handle enquiries, schedule interviews and support onboarding and compliance processes.

This role focuses on talent attraction and customer enquiries, helping families understand our Outstanding-rated services with warmth and professionalism. Prior care experience isn't essential, and training will be provided.
