Care Operations Manager Team Leadership & Compliance

Jersey Evening Post is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to support our Register Manager in delivering outstanding care and leading our care team.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support staff development. A Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualification (or willingness to work towards it), DBS clearance, a full driving licence, and 2-3 years of team management experience are required.
