Care Navigator & Front Desk Coordinator

Park Medical Practice is seeking a Care Navigator/Receptionist for a part-time role (7:45 am - 6:30 pm). You will manage front-desk and telephone duties, respond to patient and staff inquiries, and signpost patients to the appropriate clinician or service.

You will book appointments, handle test results and prescriptions, maintain patient records, and support the team with IT systems while upholding confidentiality and patient safety.
