Care Manager: Growth, Training & Quality Lead

Platinum Homecare Ltd in Munster Ireland is seeking a Care Manager to lead a team of Carers and support a regional expansion. You will oversee onboarding, rosters, training, and welfare with the Regional Manager and Platinum Support Office.

You will deliver the 20-hour Carer Induction Training, monitor daily activity via One Touch Care Management software, and ensure safeguarding and compliance at all levels while pursuing high-quality care for clients.
