Care Leavers Personal Advisor: Empower Futures

Herefordshire Council is seeking a C&YP Care Leavers Personal Advisor to join the Leaving Care Team in Hereford. You will guide 16-25-year-olds to access education, training, employment and housing, developing skills for independent living and resilience.

Applicants should have a Level 3 qualification in childcare, plus experience with young people, and strong communication in high pressure situations. Flexible, supportive team environment and progression opportunities.
