Care Leavers Personal Advisor - Empowerment & Growth

Staffordshire County Council is recruiting two full-time, permanent roles in the Children in Care and Care Leavers Team, covering Stafford and South Staffs, supporting care leavers aged 16-25. You will work with Social Workers and Personal Advisors, coordinating with housing, benefits, health services and education to guide their transition to independence.
