Care Leavers Pathways Adviser

Kent County Council is recruiting for Personal Advisers in the 18+ Care Leavers Service based at Dover Civic Centre. You will be the first point of contact for care experienced young people up to 25, providing flexible support and guidance as they plan to leave care and transition to adulthood.

The role requires you to work across a wide geographical area, travel flexibly, and advocate for young people to ensure their needs are met.
