Care Leavers Pathway Advisor - Full-Time

City of Doncaster Council is recruiting for Personal Advisor IFT to support children, young people and families from Colonnades House in Doncaster. The role focuses on delivering high quality, cost-effective services based on the experience and progress of children in care and care leavers.

With a full UK driving licence and a commitment to safeguarding, you will manage pathway plans, work within 9am-5pm hours, and participate in the wider leaving care service to achieve positive outcomes.
