Care Leavers Advisor (Locum) - Guide Transitions to Adulthood

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Personal Advisor in Shropshire. This locum, ongoing role pays £19.32 PAYE or £24.59 Umbrella per hour, with a 12 week initial period and possible extension. Hours are 8:45 to 17:00, Monday to Thursday, and 8:45 to 16:00 on Fridays.

You will manage a complex caseload of care leavers, including asylum seeking youth, perform needs assessments, and develop tailored pathway plans to support independence and adulthood.
