Care Kitchen Lead: Nutritious Menus & Safety Focus

Hill Care Ltd is seeking a Chef / Cook to organise and control the efficient and economical production of quality meals within budget, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with EHO regulations.

Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals, meet dietary requirements, liaise with the Home Manager on menus, supervise kitchen staff, manage stock and records, and attend training to uphold safety and food hygiene practices.
