HC-One is seeking an Assistant Chef with a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and solid HACCP knowledge. The role emphasizes organization, timely delivery of meals, following recipes precisely, and presenting food attractively.

You will work with Residents and colleagues in dementia, nursing, residential, and specialist care homes, always prioritising wellbeing and kindness. You will support the First Chef, manage stock and budget constraints, and supervise kitchen cleanup while maintaining high
