Job Description

NHS Highland in Scotland is recruiting a Social Care Worker to join our care home team to support older adults in a residential setting.

The post involves leading a team, working day and overnight shifts, and acting as a key worker to plan, monitor and record service delivery. You must hold SVQ 2 in Social Care and commit to SVQ 3, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
