Care Home Receptionist: Welcoming & Impactful

HC-One - Fleming Court in Newcastle upon Tyne seeks a friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, enquirers, residents' family and professionals. You will greet people, answer enquiries and provide support both in person and by phone.

You will assist the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintain accurate filing and ensure tasks are completed on time, using your initiative and working independently.
