Care Home Operations & HR Administrator

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an experienced Administrator to support the General Manager and keep the home running smoothly. The role covers customer experience, HR, recruitment, payroll and supervision of junior admin staff.

You will promote a positive image, handle enquiries, assist with recruitment, payroll, and staff records, and contribute to the home's occupancy and reputation within the community.
