Care Home Maintenance & Facilities Leader

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Head of Maintenance for one of its care homes in the UK. You will lead the maintenance team, ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents and staff, and coordinate repairs across buildings and grounds.

You'll work hands-on, manage budgets with the General Manager, liaise with contractors, and drive a culture of safety and service. A trade_skill background and a full UK driving licence are essential.
