Care Home L&D Lead & Training Coordinator

Prime Life is seeking a Care Home Trainer / Coordinator to support the Quality Matters Manager and Workforce Development Director in reviewing learning needs and training targets across services.

You will guide Managers in implementing development plans, with regular review to demonstrate improvements via the Prime Life Risk Matrix. Regular travel to homes is required; a full, clean driver's licence and own vehicle are essential.
