Role Overview:- Leading our hospitality teams across catering, housekeeping, and laundry
- Creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment for residents and visitors
- Delivering an exceptional mealtime experience that is person centred and dignified
- Ensuring high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
- Managing rotas, budgets, stock, and team performance
- Driving continuous improvement through resident feedback
- Experience in hospitality management in a care home is desirable
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- A caring, positive, and hands on approach
