Our home is divided into several smaller 'houses,' where our staff really get know their residents, allowing for a more personalised approach to the care we provide.

Are you a passionate hospitality professional who wants to make a real difference? At Lynwood Care Centre, we are looking for a Hospitality Manager to lead and deliver outstanding services that enhance the daily lives of our residents.

Role Overview:
  • Leading our hospitality teams across catering, housekeeping, and laundry
  • Creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment for residents and visitors
  • Delivering an exceptional mealtime experience that is person centred and dignified
  • Ensuring high standards in cleanliness, food quality, and presentation
  • Managing rotas, budgets, stock, and team performance
  • Driving continuous improvement through resident feedback
Skill & Experience:
  • Experience in hospitality management in a care home is desirable
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, health & safety, and compliance
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer service
  • A caring, positive, and hands on approach
