Care Home Customer Service Supervisor: Elevate Resident

TLC Care is seeking a Customer Service Supervisor to lead delivery of an outstanding customer experience across our care homes. You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and stakeholders, handling inquiries and guiding them with professionalism and care.

You will address feedback, resolve complaints and coach the team to uphold our values of truth, love and compassion while supporting administration duties and sales enquiries as required.
