We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator on behalf of our Assisted Living client in Garvagh. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team in a rewarding environment, providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a pay rate of £13.00 per hour. The successful candidate will be available to start immediately for a temporary assignment that has the potential for permanent employment Duties Include: Providing general administrative support to the team Managing filing, data entry and document preparation Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiries Maintaining accurate records and updating databases Supporting staff with day-to-day office duties Assisting with the smooth running of the service Carrying out any additional administrative tasks as required
What We Need From You
- office administration experience
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to complete an Access NI check
