Chatsworth Lodge are seeking an experienced and dedicated Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role within our home.
Salary: £14.71 per hour
Schedule/Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week
As a Care Home Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for Residents, their family members and representatives, the home management and colleagues in addition to HR, payroll and the finance teams. You will work with a range of computer systems, ensuring all information is captured in an accurate and compliant manner.
About the candidate- Previous experience within a similar role is desirable.
- Able to work both as part of a team and under own initiative to achieve goals.
- The ability to perform under pressure and prioritise workload.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience of operating rostering and payroll systems.
- General understanding of contracts and their importance in a regulated setting.
- Knowledge of HR processes (this is a significant advantage).

Chatsworth Lodge Care Home is a homely, modern and bright care home with great access to local amenities in Chesterfield. With 39 bedrooms in our purpose-built home, each spacious room comes with its own en-suite and plenty of space to add your own belongings. Residents can also choose one of our larger rooms with two beds, perfect for couples who would like to stay together in our care home!
