Care Coordinator: Schedule & Match Carers, On-Call

Agincare seeks a Care Coordinator for our New Milton branch. You will coordinate care services and client schedules, matching carers to clients and planning rotas to ensure continuous care. You'll liaise with families and healthcare professionals, recording staff availability and on-call events.
