Care Coordinator: Plan Rotas & Deliver Safe Care

Bluebird Care Medway & Swale in Rainham, Kent is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join our office team. You will own care rotas, match carers with customers, and ensure safe, reliable care from teams who know them.

You'll work closely with Care Assistants, customers and families, planning ahead, handling changes, and keeping precise records to support excellent service. Full-time, 28k-31.5k GBP, pension, healthcare, and induction are offered.
