We are recruiting an experienced Care Coordinator to join our team in Hampshire. You will be responsible for coordinating care packages, managing rotas, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care coordination
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of CQC regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
