What You'll Be Doing

• Co-ordinating care visits to ensure safe, efficient and responsive service delivery.
  
• Producing and managing staff rotas whilst responding effectively to changing care requirements.
  
• Supporting the recruitment, induction and ongoing development of care staff.
  
• Liaising with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies to ensure exceptional standards of care.
  
• Completing and reviewing care plans, risk assessments and service documentation.
  
• Monitoring care quality through spot checks, audits and regular reviews.
  
• Supporting the Registered Manager in maintaining CQC compliance and regulatory standards.
  
• Responding professionally to enquiries, incidents and out-of-hours issues where required.
  
• Building positive relationships with clients to promote independence, dignity and wellbeing.
  
• Ensuring care is always delivered with compassion, respect and person-centred values.
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience within a Care Co-ordinator, Senior Care, Team Leader or similar role within domiciliary care.
  
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
  
• A sound understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care.
  
• Ability to prioritise workloads and adapt in a busy environment.
  
• Confident using digital care management systems and Microsoft Office.
  
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
