We're recruiting Care Assistants to join our warm and welcoming team at Moat House Care Home - a stunning, newly built home in the Burbage conservation area, offering award winning, luxury residential and dementia care.
About the Care Assistant Role:As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our residents' everyday needs and wellbeing. You'll help with personal care, mealtimes, leisure activities, and companionship - ensuring every resident feels valued, respected, and truly cared for.
We see our Care Assistants as part of our residents' extended family - treating them with the same kindness and compassion you'd give your own loved ones.
Hours & Pay:
- £12.85 per hour
- Choose between 33 to 44 hours per week (or more if you wish)
- Night Shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- Excellent rates of pay

- Previous care experience (desirable, but not essential)
- Good literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
