Care Assistant: Learning Disabilities & Complex Care

New Way Recruitment LTD in Peterborough is seeking caring, resilient Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities and complex needs in a specialist care service. You will help individuals live independently in a safe, person-centred environment.

Role includes personal care, medication support where needed, and building trusting relationships. Shifts are 12 hours (8am-8pm and 8pm-8am) with rolling patterns; sponsorship is not available.
