Your Role as a Care Assistant in Fareham

• Provide high quality care and support in clients' own homes

• Assist with personal care and medication support

• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping

• Support clients to remain active, safe, and independent

• Accompany clients to appointments or outings

Requirements

• Must be available for early mornings, evenings, and alternate weekends

• Minimum 25 hours per week

• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Right to work in the UK

• No sponsorship available
