You'll follow detailed clinical care plans, monitor changes in the individual's condition and perform the specialist interventions needed to keep them safe, stable and comfortable at home. Your responsibilities may include: Providing personal care, medication and clinical interventions Managing tracheostomies, ventilation and specialist equipment Monitoring clinical observations and recognising deterioration Maintaining accurate records and escalating concerns immediately - What We're Looking For This is more than a job. You'll be trusted with someone's safety and wellbeing while delivering care that requires skill, focus and sound judgement. It takes a certain kind of person: someone compassionate, dependable and highly attentive who can remain calm and act correctly under pressure. We also require the following: A full UK driving licence Experience in care or confidence undertaking clinical training Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness The ability to follow detailed clinical protocols consistently Basic IT skills for communication and record-keeping A genuine commitment to safe, person-centred care -Komplex Care provides nurse-led care at home for adults and children with lifelong, complex clinical needs.Our teams support individuals requiring interventions such as ventilation, tracheostomy care, suctioning, gastrostomy support and neurological care.
