• Home Care Assistant
• Based in Louth
• Hours: 7am-2pm & 4pm-10pm
• Areas Covered: Louth and the surrounding areas
• No experience necessary - paid training and induction to ensure you feel confident in your role.
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is required.

Your Role as a Home Care Assistant

As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support individuals in Lincolnshire to live independently in the comfort of their own homes . Every visit is an opportunity to make someone's day brighter and yours more fulfilling.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting)
• Supporting medication and meal preparation
• Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs
• Providing companionship and emotional support

• Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high-quality care and support
• A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• No experience necessary, we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills
