Care Assistant

Job Description:

North Bay Group is looking for an individual able to provide high-quality, person-centred care and support to residents, promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times in line with North Bay Care Group policies and CQC standards. Personal Care and Support Assist residents with personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility Support residents with eating and drinking, following individual care plans. Encourage independence and choice wherever possible Provide emotional support, companionship, and reassurance Care Planning and Record Keeping. Follow individual care plans and risk assessments. Accurately complete daily care records and documentation. Report any changes in residents' physical or mental health to senior staff Support residents to attend appointments and activities where required. Health, Safety and Safeguarding. Adhere to safeguarding policies and report concerns promptly Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.

16 hours a week, experience in care, support work, or a similar people-focused role is desirable but not essential.
