Role Overview

Care Assistant (Driver required) - Sevenoaks. Salary £15.50 - £16.15 per hour, post probation £15.50 - £16.90 for senior/mentor roles. Flexible shifts and outstanding training provided.

What you'll do:

Our Care Assistants work in the community providing essential support with everyday tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, medication support and companionship. You'll receive comprehensive training, paid shadowing and ongoing support while completing the Care Certificate, ensuring you feel confident and valued in your role.

What we're looking for:

Kind, dependable healthcare assistants who genuinely care about improving the quality of life for vulnerable adults. You must live in or within reasonable commuting distance of Sevenoaks and be fully committed to delivering high quality care. You will also need access to a car that you can use for work. Important: we accept visa transfers, but you must already be sponsored and based in this local area.
