Location: Holy Cross Care Home

• Hours: Various Full Time, Part Time and Bank Contracts are available.
• Hourly Rate: From £13.33

Your Responsibilities:

• Put service users' wishes at the centre of care.
• Support the efficient running of the service.
• Help service users maintain relationships and community links.
• Follow care plans and report any changes in needs.
• Attend required training and gain relevant qualifications.

• Support users' relationships with important people.
• Work within Fundamental Standards and CQC requirements.
• Follow all policies and procedures.
