Care Assistant - Worthing & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £13.00 - £15.50 per hour + mileage
Hours: Flexible hours between 07:00-22:00 - Full time & part time available

We're looking for kind, reliable, and professional Care Assistants to join a high quality, premium domiciliary care service supporting clients across Worthing, Chichester, and surrounding areas. Unlike many care roles, this is not a high volume, rushed environment. Our focus is on unrushed, relationship led care, giving you the time to support your clients properly and build meaningful connections. - Enhanced evening and weekend pay rates
- Overnight care: £125 - £135 per night
- Live in care opportunities: £130 - £145 per day
- 45p per mile mileage allowance
- Holiday pay (12.07%)
- Company pension (3% contribution)
- Enhanced pay on designated holidays
