- Eligible to apply for a Skilled Worker Visa.
- Have full access to your own vehicle and a driver's licence.
- Currently reside in and have your own accommodation in or around Lincolnshire.
- Be available to travel to our care packages in Market Rasen, Wragby and the surrounding areas.
As a Home Care Assistant based in Market Rasen, you will be paid £12.71 per hour plus mileage at £0.30 per mile and travel time at £12.71 per hour, working 7am 2pm and 4pm 10pm covering Market Rasen, Wragby and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities- Assisting with personal care routines (washing, dressing, toileting).
- Supporting medication and meal preparation.
- Helping with light domestic tasks and grocery needs.
- Providing companionship and emotional support.
- Passionate about helping others and committed to delivering high quality care and support.
- A reliable and honest team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- No experience necessary; we have had people join from hospitality, retail, and customer service backgrounds.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
- Pay rate: £12.71 per hour + mileage at £0.30 per mile + travel time at £12.71 per hour.
