Role: Care Assistants - Days
Location: New Earswick, York
Salary: £13.87 to £14.53 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: We have a variety of shifts available: full-time, part-time and relief (bank)

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in the comfort of their own homes. Along with assisting residents and helping with day-to-day tasks, you'll really get to know the people you support and become a familiar face to them and their relatives. We understand the importance of maintaining a familiar and supportive environment for our residents, and we take pride in delivering high quality care right at home.

- Outstanding problem solving skills and the adaptability to excel in different situations
- Good time management skills
- The flexibility to keep up with changing standards and codes of conduct
- A natural listener with excellent communication skills
- The ability to be decisive and remain calm under pressure
- Right to Work - sponsorship is not available for these roles, you must have the legal right to work in the UK
- DBS - these roles will be subject to a successful DBS check that covers regulated activity
- Care experience - at least 6 months experience providing personal care and support in a paid or voluntary care setting
