Care & Training Leader: Onboarding & Quality

Helping Hands is seeking a dedicated Care and Training Practitioner in Milton Keynes to lead onboarding, coaching and quality assurance for front line carers. You'll shape exceptional care in the community while developing strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

You will coordinate training, audits and visits, promoting compliance and continual growth across the branch. A driving licence and a passion for people centred care are essential.
