Care & Training Coach: Onboarding & Compliance

Helping Hands Homecare is seeking a Care and Training Practitioner to join our team in Chigwell. You will play a vital role in shaping exceptional care, coaching new carers from interview through onboarding, and supporting the branch in maintaining quality and customer relationships.

You'll train and mentor carers, conduct audits, visits, risk assessments and on-call support, fostering a culture of safety, service excellence and staff development across the branch.
