Care & Supported Housing Operations Manager (Job Share)

Hightown Housing Association in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Care and Supported Housing Operations Manager on a job-share basis. This fixed-term 12-month role covers day-to-day management of multiple services including registered care and supported housing, with a focus on responsive, person-centred delivery.

You will lead dispersed teams, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and drive service improvement while building strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders.
