• Competitive basic salary of £24,000, with an uncapped OTE of £50,000

• Engaging with potential customers via outbound calls, prospecting, and in-person visits to generate leads
• Managing a healthy sales pipeline by building and nurturing customer relationships
• Conducting vehicle presentations and understanding customer needs to tailor the sales approach
• Negotiating deals effectively to maximise sales and customer satisfaction as the Car Sales Executive
• Upselling complementary products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories
• Utilizing CRM software to track customer interactions, manage inventory, and follow up on leads
• Supporting marketing initiatives to promote dealership offerings and events
• Delivering excellent customer service from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive within the motor trade
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills to handle multiple clients effectively
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic organisational tools
• Fluency in both Welsh and English is highly desirable
• Valid full UK driver's licence is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required for the Car Sales Executive
• Willingness to learn and develop within the automotive sector
