Experienced Car Sales Executive

£20,000 basic £49,000+ OTE (uncapped) + company car

First 3 months' earnings guarantee 25 days' holiday + bank holidays Industry-leading benefits

Full-time 45 hours per week Weekend rota

As a Sales Executive, you'll take full ownership of the customer journey - from first enquiry to handover and beyond. You'll uncover customer needs, present the right vehicle and finance solutions, and convert interest into sales while building long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

You'll:

  • Proactively engage customers and maximise every sales opportunity
  • Confidently present new and used vehicles, finance, insurance, and add-on products
  • Work to clear targets with uncapped commission potential
  • Deliver a professional, seamless buying experience that reflects brand values
  • Develop product expertise through a bespoke 2-day Sales Customer Journey training programme
