Job Description

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of available vehicles to potential buyers.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including financing and documentation.
  • Proactively follow up on leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve departmental targets.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Car Sales Executive should have:
