Job Responsibilities

Managing car parks day to day to maintain clear access for emergency services, enforce the Trust's car park policy, report infringements, communicate with hospital personnel and site users, provide assistance for vehicle and pedestrian way finding, use a computer based system to issue Parking Charge Notices, patrol thoroughfares and car parks, keep red routes clear, respond to ad hoc requests, and perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications

• GCSE or equivalent

Experience

• Working within a team
• Working with the public
• Working on own initiative

Knowledge

• Good understanding of Health and Safety
• Knowledge of car parking systems

Skills

• Good verbal communication skills
