Car Park and Traffic Warden Officer

The Role:

We're looking for a new member of staff to complement our dedicated team within ourTallaght and Swords locations on a permanent basis.

Shifts and Hours:

The successful candidate will work an average of40 hours per week, on a 5 days over 7 roster. There can be opportunities to work overtime, and flexibility is key in this role as our business needs can sometimes change rapidly. Somenight working may be required as part of the role.

Job details:

• Patrol of areas and enforcement of Road Traffic Act
• Issuing of parking fine notices
• Interacting with members of the public
• Reporting accidents and incidents and keep accurate records and evidence
• Attend Court and give evidence when required.
• Escalating issues to management as appropriate

What do you need for this job:

• Required to possess a full Irish Driving Licence
• Required to use your own vehicle for work duties
• Experience in Customer Service.
• Strong Communication and Listening skills.
• Ability to work independent, use initiative, and follow orders.
• Strong IT and Computer skills.
