Wards of Kent is seeking a proactive New Homes Sales professional to lead our residential sales to housebuilder clients. The role offers a company car or car allowance, a generous holiday entitlement, and structured bonus potential, with realistic earnings £50,000-£55,000 including commission.

Based in Medway City Estate, you will manage, incentivise and coach a team of site sales consultants, pursue new business, and work towards agreed targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
