Capital Markets Operations Lead - Rates & Fixed Income

Marex Group is seeking a Junior Business Manager to support the Capital Markets COO team in London. You will help establish frameworks around interest rates business, build operational infrastructure, and drive change in processes and documentation.

You will liaise between Capital Markets desks and Control & Support functions, supporting delivery plans and targets, and assisting with MI, KPIs, and cost management initiatives.
