Capital Governance Lead: Strategy, Planning & Insight - Pension & Flex Leave

Leonardo UK is seeking a Capital Governance Lead to oversee the CapEx lifecycle for the UK Electronics Division. You will coordinate annual and multi-year planning, ensure timely and high-quality capital data submissions, and support budgeting and forecasting processes.

This role provides governance, structure, and insight to inform strategic decisions while not approving spend directly. Lead cross-functional engagement, manage reporting, and champion standardisation across CapEx processes.
