Capital Actuary / Manager

IGA Talent are recruiting for a Capital Actuary / Capital Manager for a well-known brand in the UK. The role will provide varied exposure to both London market and P&C lines of business.

Duties include:

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of internal capital model
• Coordinate validation processes to ensure model reliability, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Provide technical guidance on capital modelling to a range of stakeholders
• Translate complex modelling outputs into actionable business insights for strategic decision-making
• Stay at the forefront of actuarial modelling developments, implementing best practices and innovative approaches
• Manage a team of capital specialists, fostering technical excellence and professional growth
