This is an opportunity in our Global Talent Services function at Sanofi Hubs. Sanofi 'Hubs' are where our key strategic business operations are hosted providing centralised services across Global Medical, Finance, People, Procurement, Digital, R&D and more.

Global Talent Services is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. This role will be responsible to coordinate, schedule, close admin work to facilitate hiring for Europe. This market hires 6000 employees every year and is subjected to growth as we expand our launches in the region. You will be responsible to assist in hiring the best talent for Sanofi and do this while providing world class candidate experience.
Main responsibilities- Execute the candidate care strategy as communicated by the Candidate Care Partner, supporting the Candidate Care Partner in delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Proactively engage with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle (e.g.: interview scheduling, post offer support), utilizing preferred communication channels to provide timely updates, answer questions, and gather feedback.
- Administer and collect candidate satisfaction surveys, analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement within the candidate journey.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations to the Candidate Care Partner for process improvements, leveraging technology and data-driven insights to optimize candidate interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with both recruiters in hubs and in market to ensure candidate care practices are aligned with regional guidelines and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive candidate knowledge base and resources, providing easy access to information and support throughout the recruitment process
You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience
- Proven track record of success in providing admin and scheduling in recruiting the best talent
- Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations
Soft and technical skills
- Exceptional communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills
- Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with scheduling tools
- Fluent in English (Polish or Hungarian is a plus)
