Cancer Screening & Access Navigator

The NHS in Bristol is seeking a Cancer Screening and Care Coordinator to support a 12 month fixed-term project, working 16 hours per week. You will coordinate care, engage patients, and help reduce inequalities in breast, bowel and cervical screening.

You will collaborate with clinicians, GP practices and community organisations, delivering trauma informed, culturally sensitive support and recording activity and outcomes using EMIS and other systems.
