Cancer Patient Services Senior Manager Head of Cancer Patient Information Services Location : Stratford, London.Office-based with high flexibility (1-2 days per week in the office) 2 stage interviews consisting of presentation task and role-based competency questionsWe are professionals with purpose, beating cancer every day. Another key element of the role is to embed our new impact framework across the wider team, allowing us to continuously improve and measure the impact of our Cancer Patient Information Services.In this role, you'll help shape the future of our cancer support services-so we can continue to offer sector leading support at every step of the cancer journey.Lead the rollout of our new Cancer Patient Information Services (CPIS) Theory of Change; working with consultants and internal teams to develop a robust measurement and evaluation framework and building a cross-team culture of continuous service improvement.Lead diversification approaches to delivering cancer patient services, working closely with the operational managers of the Helpline and Cancer Chat and colleagues across CPIS. Play a role in shaping a channel diversification strategy for patient information and support.Proven leadership skills with experience leading and developing diverse, specialist teams-such as clinicians, advisors or frontline support staff - in a changing context.Deep understanding of the needs of people living with health conditions-ideally with direct experience supporting cancer patients.
